Thank you for attending the NUCSJ 2025 Conference! Stay tuned for information about next year's conference.
Interested in publishing scientific research as an undergraduate? Curious about the spread of scientific information? Want to know what steps you should take in preparation for your desired career? NUCSJ is hosting its annual conference on March 28, 2026 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm EST and you’re invited to attend! The conference will bring together hundreds of student scientists and multiple undergraduate research journals from across the nation to discuss research ethics and practice, the publication process, the role of student journals, and more. Topics covered will be relevant to undergraduate research authors, science majors, journal-affiliated students, and scientific professionals alike. The event will be held both in-person at Columbia University and virtually over Zoom (we highly encourage in-person attendance!). We're looking forward to seeing you there!

Introduction
The executive board will speak on why the NUCSJ was founded, the importance of undergraduate research journals, and this conference is being held. Columbia University Acting President Claire Shipman will deliver opening remarks on her experience running one of the world's largest research institutions and navigating recent challenges in securing federal funding.
